Automatic lights
Walk into a room and have the lights automatically turn on - have different lights according to the light levels - fewer on a bright summers day and more on a dark winters morning. Set them to turn off a few minutes after the room is empty.
Adjust lights when TV is on
Have a different lighting scene when you turn on the TV and then switch switch back to original state when you turn off.
Get a message when the washing is done.
Use a Smart Monitoring Plug which can detect when the washing cycle has completed and then configure the system to send you a message to let you know that the machine is ready to empty.

Create a routine which detects when a bedroom is empty and then turns everything off
